She has developed and delivered learning and development programs including team work, communication skills, presentation skills, writing skills, emotional resilience and customer service, and facilitated team planning sessions. Joyce is a nationally accredited mediator with 16 years’ experience, is accredited in a range of psychometric tools and holds post-graduate qualifications in management. +++
